Return Visit and Service Record Book for Jehovah's Witnesses - Follow-Up Calls Organizer
Taking detailed notes in a
field ministry book not only reminds us of the interested person and where he lives; it also serves as an incentive for us to make the return visit (now often called a follow-up call). Did you ever take all sorts of beautiful notes, only to spend hours looking for the interested person because you forgot to put the street name? May that never happen again! Stay organized with the Ministry Ideaz Return Visit and Service Record Book for Jehovah's Witnesses.
New refill sheets! We have 2 additional bundles of pages available. You can pick up a set of address book pages or pages specifically designed for telephone witnessing. Both are included as free extras when you purchase the Theocratic Organizer.
Keep track of your entire theocratic life with this all-in-one return visit and field ministry organizer
This Theocratic Organizer for Jehovah's Witnesses has six separate sections, each separated by a plastic divider:
Section 1: Monthly Planner
12 pages to keep track of all your activities for an entire year. You fill in the dates yourself; therefore this is a perpetual calendar that will work no matter which month you start in.
Section 2: Return Visits / Follow-Up Calls
5 "initial call" sheets for the initial contact with a householder (12 calls per sheet). These are followed by 35 sheets to keep track of your return visits, now commonly referred to as follow-up calls. In addition to the name and address, the sheets include a handy spot to draw a map in case the location is difficult to find again.
Section 3: Magazine Route
2 magazine record pages to keep track of who has received magazines each month.
(NOTE: As these were manufactured pre-2017, there are spaces for 12 issues per year.)
Section 4: Bible Students
6 study record sheets to keep track of where you left off on the previous visit.
Section 5: Field Ministry Record
12 monthly service record sheets and 2 yearly service total sheets. Transfer your monthly totals to the yearly record sheet to give yourself an overview. By keeping a running total, you will be able to see your accumulated hours at a glance.
Section 6: Notes
This section contains extra pages for your own notes. It has 1 grid sheet, 1 ruled sheet, and 2 plain sheets.
Refills are available here.
Telephone Witnessing
Pages designed to help you keep track of your telephone witnessing calls. Record the contact details and notes from your conversations so you can easily follow up later.
Addresses
Keep your contacts organized in one convenient place with the address book pages.

Zaynab says:
I was in the field ministry last Saturday and we were doing calls and I had a bunch of little pieces of paper that I had been keeping my RV’s and not at home on and I felt so bad and unorganized. My call book got stolen when our car got broken into back in July so I just been keeping all their little raggedy pieces of paper until Ministry Ideaz got more of their Return Visit Books in. Now I don’t have to feel embarrassed and I can get organized again and start the year off on a good foot.

My wife was looking for a planner or something in order to keep better track of her return visits, so I did some research and found your field ministry book. Staples is overpriced, and Target had nothing close to what we needed. We both really liked the design, even compared to other designs from other JW retailers. We are excited to get it and start using it! Thanks Ministry Ideaz!
