Tracking your package
Please note: The return address label on the package will say "MinistryIdeaz.com,
Casilla 17-02-5416, Quito, Ecuador, South America." We send with "Unidad Postal del Ecuador" (Ecuadorian Postal Service) (http://www.correosdelecuador.com.ec/).
Due to U.S. post-911 laws, we cannot certify "First Class" mail if it is over 2kg to Canada or the USA and therefore you cannot track it. If you really need to be able to track your order, we can send it via Global Express Post (at extra cost to you) instead. Global Express doesn't actually go much faster than First Class (maybe 2 or 3 days quicker) but it has the advantage to be able to track it. Click here for a shipping quote. (Let us know the total contents of your order to estimate the weight and calculate the cost; minimum shipping cost for smaller orders sent Global Express is $65 extra.)

If you have received the economy shipping or free shipping these go in First Class airmail and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to track it online. We find that most customers prefer the cheap shipping costs in lieu of the ability to track the shipment. We do try to certify certain packages (if the order was over $100) but we cannot always to so for orders to Canada and the USA (see previous paragraphs).
Sometimes in order to get your order to you as soon as possible, we
ship in more than one package. If you ordered several items to be delivered to
the same address, we may send them to you in separate packages to give you the
speediest service. Rest assured--this will not affect your shipping charges. If
you notice something seems missing, please check if the package says it's "Package 1 of 2" etc. (Often package 2 will arrive before package 1
and vice versa.)

Delivery time
When you receive your order depends on the availability of
the product(s), time to process and package your order (usually one to two business days) and where the product is being shipped. Please note that we ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (unless it falls on a stat holiday). Therefore, you can calculate shipping time, taking about two to three weeks from
the following Monday, Wednesday or Friday after placing your order.
The chart below shows when you can expect to receive your
order, according to the shipping method you choose:

Important note for Canadians residents: From time to time we have
experienced VERY long delays with our products passing through Canada Customs.
This is out of our control. Some orders have taken over 10 weeks to arrive no
matter which shipping method was used. We have now started sending all Canada
orders via certified first class post. This seems to be helping, orders having
arrived to Canada much quicker (i.e. in about 2 weeks). At this point we cannot
guarantee our 2 to 3 weeks delivery timeframe to Canada. We hope you understand.
Also remember that all Canadian orders are sent certified and you will need to
sign for it at the post office. Please watch for the slip from the Canada Post
about your order.

Signing for your order Most orders, especially those over $100 are sent via certified post. This
means you will likely have to pick it up at the post office and sign for it.
Please watch for a slip in the mail regarding a package from Ecuador
from MinistryIdeaz.com. Our experience has shown that these slips can
get mixed in with flyers and missed. When this happens, the customer
doesn't go to the post office, and the package ends up returning to us
as unclaimed. Most post offices will only hold certified mail for 14
days before returning it to sender. We cannot be held responsible for
unclaimed packages which are returned to us. Also please note that if
your order needs to be sent in two or more packages, we might send only
the LARGER portion certified, and the rest as regular post. If you neglected to go and sign for your package, and it was returned to us, you would
have to repay the shipping cost to have the order reshipped back to you. Back to Top
Product Availability
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS: Please note: The online shopping cart will not let you add an item if it is out of stock.
However, it is possible that items that are low in stock got purchased by more
than one person simultaneously before the stocking data could get updated. In the unlikely event that this should happen, you will be
notified when the warehouse is expected to be restocked, with the option to cancel the order. PRE-ORDERS: Certain new products may be scheduled
to arrive in our warehouse on a given "Release Date" for which you may
make a pre-order. We make every effort to show the accurate date provided by our
suppliers. However, in some situations, the date may change and the product page
will be updated.
