Find what you want to buy

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in the search box close to the top-left. For more information, see our Frequently Asked Questions.

Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "Watchtower Folder") in the search box, or click on a Category you're interested in (just below the search box).

To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:

• image(s) of the item
• the item's availability
• color choices
• reviews from other people who purchased the same item
• the buttons you need to add the item to your electronic shopping cart

The Shopping Cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want), select a color or size option (if applicable) and click the "Order" button on the item's product information page.

If you can't see an "Order" button, it's because the item is currently out of stock.

When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Cart, click "View Cart" in the top right-hand corner of the page.

To start filling in the order form, click the "Checkout" button (top-right) and then the "Proceed to Checkout" button (just under the order details) .

The instructions below outline each ordering step.

Sign in

Click the "Sign Up" button, since you are a new customer. (If you have already signed up in the past, fill the information under "Returning Customer.")

Enter a billing and delivery address and shipping method

All of the data with an * beside it means its mandatory.

Enter your billing information and phone number. (This is the information as your bank shows on your bank statement.)

Enter your e-mail address. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.

Chose a password that you will be able to remember to sign in later to view past orders, or place a new order.

Choose a shipping method. See also Shipping Rates & Delivery Times.

Enter your shipping information. (If this is the same as the billing information, you can check the box to indicate that and save time.)

Click the checkbox that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

Enter your coupon or gift certificate if you have one.

(The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order. Many orders qualify for free shipping.)

Click "Continue" near the bottom.

Review and submit your order

Check the information you've provided, including the Shipping Cost. When you're ready, click the "Order Now" button to submit your order. 

Pay

Let us know how you want to pay for your order. We welcome these payment options:

• PayPal
• Visa or MasterCard online
• phone in Visa or MasterCard (1-877-446-0784)
• fax in Visa or MasterCard (1-877-446-0784)
• personal check drawn on a US$ account
• international money order
• gift certificate

All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Click here to approximate your order in another currency.

Tracking your order

Print out the order confirmation screen for your records.

We'll send you a confirmation e-mail message. We'll also send you an e-mail message when we ship the order to you.

You'll be able to use your e-mail address and password to view your order and account information any time you like, so make sure you remember which e-mail address and password you used.
